Meet Tuuli Snow, Snow and Company, Inc.

Washington Maritime Careers is presented by the NW Center of Excellence for Marine Manufacturing & Technology. The Center, which is part of Skagit Valley College, focuses on strengthening the connections between education and the industry to meet the technical workforce needs of the Washington State maritime industry. How does a Ballard-area shipyard meet their workforce needs of the future and invest in our community? Meet Tuuli Snow, who is a recruiter for her family’s Ballard boatbuilding company, Snow and Company, Inc. Tuuli has also been a very active participant in the Port of Seattle’s Youth Maritime Career Launch Program, which provides paid interns to her shipyard.
