Senator Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) and Representative Mike Walz (R.-Fla.) along with Senator Marco Rubio (R.-Fla,) and Representative John Garamendi (D-Calif.), have released a roadmap for revitalizing the U.S. maritime sector.
